Individual Family Constellations

Clients often experience the same emotional release, clarity, and breakthroughs in one-to-one sessions. Individual constellations can be more suited to those who want a more focused & individual setting and are either done in person or on zoom.

The facilitator discusses with the client what the issue is and what is influencing it. Then the facilitator will ask the client to choose representatives from playmobile figures and place on the table they are working on.

Alternatively the facilitator will guide the client to write the name of the person or element (whatever needs to be embodied) on a floor marker. Then the client will place the marker intuitively in the space they are working in and a constellation will start to form from there. Visualisations are often incorporated into the one-to-one practice adding another dimension and source of knowing.

These sessions take 1.5 hours and cost £65
